Lijing Smart Land Center, Beijing, strategically located between Zhongguancun and Financial Street, is a landmark commercial complex integrating technology, finance, and premium office spaces. With a total gross floor area of approximately 190,000 square meters, the project features twin towers rising 79 meters high, combining office, retail, and lifestyle functions in a modern urban environment.

High-Performance Unitized Curtain Wall

The project adopts a high-performance unitized curtain wall system, making extensive use of advanced curtain wall glass solutions. The facade primarily utilizes double laminated insulating glass units (IGUs) with double silver Low-E coatings, heat-strengthened ultra clear glass, argon gas filling, and warm-edge spacers. This configuration significantly improves energy efficiency, thermal insulation, and acoustic performance, while maintaining excellent transparency — key requirements for modern commercial buildings.

12.2m All-Glass Curtain Wall — Zero Visual Boundary

One of the most remarkable features of the project is the 12.2-meter-high all-glass curtain wall system at the main entrances, achieving a "zero visual boundary" facade design. The central lobby, with a height of 28 meters and an area of 2,800 square meters, incorporates large-scale laminated glass and Low-E insulating glass systems to maximize natural daylight and create a seamless indoor-outdoor visual connection. These oversized and multi-layer glazing applications represent cutting-edge facade engineering and require exceptional precision in glass fabrication and installation.
