DFC Future Center Beijing (CBD Z5)

DFC Future Center Beijing (CBD Z5 Project) is a landmark Grade-A office tower located in the core of Beijing CBD, with a total gross floor area of approximately 167,000 square meters and a height of 160 meters. Positioned as a green and intelligent building, the project adopts an advanced double-skin unitized curtain wall system covering approximately 50,000 square meters, significantly enhancing thermal insulation, acoustic performance, and solar shading efficiency.

17m All-Glass Lobby

A key architectural highlight is the west lobby on the ground floor, featuring an impressive 17-meter-high all-glass curtain wall, creating a grand and highly transparent space. Such large-format curtain wall glass represents one of the most challenging applications in modern facade engineering, requiring exceptional precision in glass manufacturing, transportation, and installation.

LIYUAN Glass Supply

In this project, LIYUAN Glass served as a glass supplier, providing high-performance Low-E insulating glass and large-size curtain wall glass solutions. With our advanced production lines capable of manufacturing ultra-large glass panels up to 18 meters, we fully met the project's requirement for 17-meter-high glazing systems.

All glass products were processed using premium raw materials and advanced tempering and IGU production technologies, ensuring structural safety, durability, and long-term performance in large-scale facade applications. The use of Low-E insulating glass units effectively reduces solar heat gain, improves energy efficiency, and supports the project's green building goals, including LEED and WELL certifications.

The completion of DFC Future Center demonstrates the increasing demand for high-performance architectural glass in super high-rise commercial buildings.
